[MS] Viewer picks up the coin and turns head towards the machine in the background he begins to turn around
The sound of someone clearing their throat attracts the attention of the viewer

[MS] inside the puppet machine the eyes of a puppet follow the actions of the viewer
Sound of a mechanical hum which signifies the interior of the machine

[CU] of hand and coin, coin insertion into the slot

[MS] Puppets come alive stretching as if waking up
Footlights are lit

A drum roll from the machine

[MS] Red curtains on the front of the machine draw open

[CU] Singer begin to sing
The music resumes

The music stops dead, the singers note drifts on strangulated then comes to a halt

the sound of the mechanical hum grows louder

[CU] of singers face, frozen mouth open

[P.O.V.] Viewer looks confused

[CU] back of singers head, a wisp of smoke rises up and a small mechanical cog falls out
the sound of the mechanical hum

[CU] Cog rolls across the floor

[P.O.V.] Viewer looks on amazed

[CU] of puppets hand making a ‘give me money’ gesture

[MS] Viewer begins to pound the machine

[LS] Puppets shake and fall to the ground

[CU] Maggots pour out of the cello and crawls over the puppets

[CU] Singers face decays
TV static fades up

[MS] Piano cracks open and maggots emerge devouring the player

[P.O.V] Viewer looks on shocked
his face fades to TV screen static

[MS/CU] Viewer stares shocked into the screen of a television set displaying static. The curtain pulls across the screen

Titles superimposed over the curtain
